Patient Support Group

A patient support group meeting is run by our specialist nurse on a monthly basis.

These are held on the first Tuesday of every month from 7-9pm at Spire Bushey Hospital.

It is a chance to meet other patients who have had surgery or who are waiting for surgery. A lot of support can be obtained from attending these. Each session will have a different theme or topic and they may include guest speakers.

Bariatric support group

A bariatric patient support group is held in the Holborn Building, Postgraduate Centre, Archway Campus every third Thursday in the month, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. For directions to the Postgraduate Centre, please click here.

The support group meetings are focused on patients providing support and advice to each other, alongside outside speakers giving motivational and/or informative talks.
